One of the huge factors that make doing business with your company is that you’re so “on it” - if you say you’ll do something, we know it will happen and it will be done right.

We’ve dealt with a number of firms who made promises to come and do the lawns or come up with suggestions for how things could be improved and they enthusiastically say “Yes! Let’s do that!” and then they don’t do it and/or don’t show up – and when they actually do it, they exhibit a lack of care.
Dealing with your team means there is nothing to worry about. There is no wondering what’s going to be done, we trust what you say (and you really do try to save your clients money whenever you can), you love trying to involve clients with their own property (if they are interested) and teaching them handy gardening pointers, and you always do what you promise. So we don’t end up tracking people down, rescheduling, etc.

Colin Eaton has been taking care of our garden for more than five years. We are very pleased with the prompt, appropriate work done to keep the garden and lawn looking great all year long. Hi Colin - Mom asked me to tell you "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you - It looks wonderful!" She had the sprinkler folks come a few days ago, so that system is up and running and will insure the lawn stays lush and green.
Mom can't manage stairs anymore, and spends lots of time admiring the yard from her windows. I'd like you to know how much I appreciate the way you dealt with this - good grace is a rarity these days, and I thank you more than I can say.
